Jagorar Kimanta Kai a Lafiya | Wane Mataki ne Jikinka Yake?

Shin kun rikice da sakamakon gwajin lafiyar ku na baya-bayan nan? Kuna mamakin yadda za ku inganta lafiyar ku da ba ta da kyau kamar yadda likitan ku ya ba ku shawara? Wannan jagorar ta raba tsarin tantance lafiya guda biyu da aka amince da su a duniya don taimaka muku tantance matakin lafiyar ku.

I. Mataki na Biyar HƙasaRarrabawa
Ana amfani da shi sosai a da'irorin likitanci na ƙasashen duniya:

  • Lokacin daidaitawa da muhalli < makonni 2
  • Shiga cikin sana'a ya kai mataki na B

4. Ajiye Aiki

  • Gwajin tafiya na mintuna 6 > mita 550
  • Ƙarfin riƙo ya wuce ma'aunin shekaru

III. Hanyar Kimanta Kai Mai Daidaito

1. Ainihin tantancewa

  • Sauyin bugun zuciya lokacin hutawa da safe <10 bpm
  • Ma'aunin rabon kugu zuwa kwatangwalo na wata-wata (mace ≤0.85/namiji ≤0.9)

2. Bincike Mai Zurfi

  • Gwajin AFP/CEA na dole ne a yi a lokacin da mutum ya kai shekara 40
  • Maimaita gwaje-gwajen aikin thyroid don gano matakan TSH marasa kyau

3. Kulawa Mai Sauƙi

  • Idan kana barci mai zurfi sama da awanni 1.5, ka shiga cikin matsala

  • Zaman horon juriya sau 2-3 a mako-mako (tsofaffi suna mai da hankali kan tsokoki na ƙafa/baya)
  • Ma'aunin kimantawa na WHODAS 2.0

  • Gwaje-gwajen aikin huhu na kwata-kwata
  • Kafa tarihin lafiyar iyali

Muhimman Tunatarwa:
